Youth, Children & Families Ministry

Welcome to the Youth, Children & Families Ministry hub

From here you'll be able to access the individual branches of our ministry with & to all those who are under 18 and their families - just click on one of the headings below. There's lots going on within the life of this ministry in the Parish and if there's anything you want more information about or you just want to say 'hi' please don't hesitate to get in touch with the team. You can also connect with us on our Facebook page which is updated regularly with videos, challenges, activity ideas and reflections.

Our Vision

Here in the Parish our vision for the youth, children & families ministry is one that is 3-D. What we mean by that is that there are 3 'D's that define it: discovery, discipleship and development. Each of these areas is represented by a different symbol: a compass (discovery), a cross (discipleship) and tools (development). Everything within the YC&F ministry falls under one of these categories and if you'd like to understand a little more how this all fits together you can download the poster here.

Activity Sheets

While we meet in a digital space for our Sunday morning worship together we'll be producing activity sheets that you as a family can engage with together or individually. There will be a story, some questions, activities and a challenge for you to complete during the week. Each sheet has two sides, one that is about discovering more about faith and ourselves (the side with the green compass) and the other is about becoming a more mature disciple (the one with the gold cross).
To view the activity sheet for this week click here - we've designed them so that they don't need printing but if you find it easier having a hard copy you can download it and print it at your leisure.
