As a church we want to ensure our families are as cared for and involved as much as possible, which is why we have a number of groups for parents and their children as well as other events and activities throughout the year that you can get involved with. Keep an eye on our news feed for upcoming events that you can get involved in.

Tiny Acorns

What? Tiny Acorns is a friendly, supportive and relaxed group for babies under one. We sit round, chat, eat cake and enjoy watching our babies relax and interact with others their own age. It's a great chance to make friends, have a laugh and get support and sympathy from others. We run all the year round and would love to meet you and your baby.

For more information visit our Facebook page.

When? Wednesdays, 10:30-Noon in the Upper Foyer at St Peter & St Paul.
Who? Under 1s and their carers.

What? A friendly group for babies, toddlers and their parents/carers with a baby area, toys for pre-school children, craft, singing time and story time.  Hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits are available to buy. £1 for one child or £1.50 for two or more children; new people always welcome.

For more information visit our Facebook page.

When? Tuesdays, 9:30-11am during term time in the Upper Rooms of St Peter & St Paul.
Who? Pre-school children and their carers.

Activity Sheets

What? During the lockdown we've been producing activity sheets for families to engage with that follow the Sunday Club syllabus. Each sheet has a story, an activity, questions, a game and a challenge that are suitable for the whole family but will be most appealing to those with Primary school aged children.

When? A new sheet is available from 10am every Sunday morning but it's entirely up to you when you do it. The current sheet can be found here and an archive of previous sheets can be found here.
Who? Although we've designed the sheets for families anyone can give them a go whether or not you've got others you can talk about it with.

Friday Family Fun

What? While we're stuck at home and unable to meet with others in a physical place for fun we're doing it online instead! Each Friday afternoon we're getting together on our YouTube channel for an activity the whole family can take part in and we're being as interactive as possible so that we can enjoy each other's company while we're apart.

When? Fridays during the lockdown (and maybe beyond) at 4pm on the YouTube channel
Who? Everyone and anyone!

Open House

What? We want to be open and available to our local community, so every Saturday morning St Philip is opening its doors to those in the neighbourhood. For more information about what's going on week-by-week see the Open House page.

NB - during the lockdown all our churches are closed so Open House is on hiatus until further notice.
